1. Business Identity

Kenai River Man Caves (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a storage unit provider located in Alaska. Our units are displayed on our sales funnel through rendered images. These images are for marketing and visualization purposes only and may not exactly represent the final delivered unit.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you represent that you:

Are at least 18 years old;

Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Alaska law;

Will provide accurate and complete information when reserving or renting a unit.

3. Rental Agreements

A separate Rental Agreement will govern the specific terms of your storage unit rental, including rental duration, payment terms, permitted uses, and responsibilities.

Your reservation or rental is not confirmed until the Rental Agreement is signed and payment has been processed.

Failure to comply with payment terms may result in denial of access and/or termination of rental.

4. Use of Units

Units are intended for lawful storage purposes only.

Hazardous, illegal, perishable, or flammable materials may not be stored.

Any violation of these conditions may result in immediate termination of the agreement and removal of stored items at the renter’s expense.

5. Images and Marketing Materials

All unit images displayed on the funnel are renderings for illustrative purposes.

Actual dimensions, layouts, and finishes may vary.

We do not guarantee that your unit will exactly match the appearance of marketing materials.

6. Payments and Fees

Pricing, fees, and promotional offers are subject to change without notice until a rental agreement is executed.

All payments must be made in U.S. dollars and comply with the payment methods outlined in the Rental Agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kenai River Man Caves is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to items stored in our units, except as explicitly stated in the Rental Agreement or required by Alaska law.

Customers are encouraged to obtain their own insurance for stored property.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to our services or units if:

Payments are not made on time;

Units are used for prohibited purposes;

The customer breaches these Terms and Conditions or the Rental Agreement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alaska.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
